Job Responsibility

Facilitate the timely and accurate booking of trades and resulting positions
Monitor cash balances and ensure that all cash transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner
Reconcile portfolio data against custodian and asset manager statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner
Work with internal investment managers and external asset managers to ensure that investment strategies are booked timely and accurately
Produce reports to provide insight into accounting, compliance and risk management, and operational efficiency
Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce risk
Monitor and ensure sound investment operational controls both internally and with external asset managers over core processes including trade settlement, cash, and related reconciliations
