Job Description:

The Licensed Tractor/Trailer Mechanics will work in conjunction with the Service Coordinator, Tractor Mechanics, and the other Trailer Mechanics to complete preventative maintenance and repairs on the Bison fleet in a timely and efficient manner by diagnosing problems found during inspections prescribing the correct remedial action.

Requirements:

  • A Licensed Heavy-Duty Mechanic (310T or 310J)
  • Demonstrated diagnosing and time-management abilities
  • Previous experience and qualification to perform Safeties are considered mandatory
  • Experience using computers to enter work orders
  • A certified Journeyman Technician or 2‐3 years’ experience
  • Ability to obtain CVIP is mandatory

Nice to have:

Previous experience and qualification to perform Safety inspections are considered an asset
