Requirements

Ensure the Mucking out of buildings after depletion, predominately with telehandler/Weidmann, but will also require manual sweeping and forking out of corners and smaller buildings
Ensure a high standard of Bio Security, washing and cleaning of machines in and out on a regular basis to high standard
Ensuring that any arable tasks, hedge cutting, material moving (dirty water, soil, crushed concrete, topping) is completed
Operating all machinery to a safe and high level of health and safety
Maintaining equipment to a full working condition and reporting any faults or damages to the manager
Follow current legislation and any road safety guidelines
Follow safe operating procedures for all machinery being used
Be able to work on your own initiative and as a team member and have good communication skills with all team members and team leader.

Fastens attachments such as graders, plows, rollers, mowers (over 2000 lbs.), backhoes, seeders, and disc harrows to tractor, adjusts equipment for proper operation, lubricates and makes minor repairs to tractor and attachments such as tightening bolts, and replacing washers, cotter pins, and screws
Performs all other duties assigned to satisfy the operational requirements of the contract
