Tractor Driver

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our farm team from March 2026 on a fixed-term contract for up to 8 months. If you are looking for a driving role with a difference, join us in the Kent countryside. The role is based in Farningham however, your duties will include driving to several Watts Farms field locations across Kent & Essex. The role includes irrigation, harvesting, planting and crop covering in addition to supervisory duties of the harvest team, checking the quality of the product harvested and loading harvested product in and out of the tractor trailer. You will have good physical stamina to meet the manual, fast paced nature of the role. Due to the nature of this work, you will be willing and able to work in all weathers and be flexible to work 6 days per week between the hours of 6am & 6pm.
