Proven experience in operations leadership within a marketing agency, with a track record of scaling from $2M to $5M+ in revenue
Experienced in managing cross-departmental teams (SEO, Paid Ads, Web Development, Media) of 20–30 people in a fully remote setting
Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and optimizing profit margins. Able to make strategic financial decisions while managing day-to-day operations
