Job Description:

This role is responsible for leading and coordinating all maintenance activities related to the track fleet, including excavators, dozers and drills, ensuring high levels of equipment reliability and availability in alignment with operational and production objectives, and in full compliance with HSE requirements and Company standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure full compliance with HSE requirements and Company standards
  • Implement and drive the maintenance strategy for track fleet equipment (excavators, dozers and drills)
  • Coordinate maintenance teams to execute scheduled maintenance activities
  • Support maintenance teams during breakdown response and troubleshooting activities
  • Analyze track fleet KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve reliability, availability and performance
  • Ensure subcontractors perform maintenance activities in accordance with contractual requirements and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Strong experience and technical knowledge of HME and track fleet equipment (excavators, dozers and drills)
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Strong capability in maintenance planning, coordination and execution
  • Solid understanding and practical application of HSE and Safety management
  • Experience in analyzing fleet KPIs
  • Ability to support and manage breakdown response and troubleshooting activities
  • Experience working with subcontractors
  • Proficiency in English (mandatory)

  • Ensure equipment is always available in good working order: Organize, delegate, liaise with operators, crew, supervisory personnel, project teams, in-house mechanics and external facilities regarding the timely repair and maintenance of heavy equipment, vehicles and tooling
