Job Description:

As a Back of House Assistant, you will play a crucial backstage role in preparing the activities our guests enjoy in the Toy Factory. You will be responsible for assembling products and ensuring the production line runs efficiently. Attention to detail, commitment to safety, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will be essential.

Job Responsibility:

Assemble, package, and label products according to production specifications
Monitor the production process to ensure product quality and consistency
Inspect materials and finished products for defects and take appropriate corrective actions
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to meet production targets
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
Collaborate with team members and Stage Management to optimise production processes and solve any issues that may arise
Adhere to all company policies, including safety regulations and quality standards

Requirements:

Previous experience in a production environment is a plus
Strong attention to detail and quality
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Ability to lift and carry up to 12kg of weight
Standing, walking, and repetitive motions for extended periods
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
