  • Administer real estate, personal property, and excise tax billing, collection, enforcement, and refunds
  • Coordinate and manage short-term and long-term debt, including bonds and BANs
  • Ensure timely debt service payments and compliance with continuing disclosure requirements
  • Oversee or provide operational leadership for Town-wide payroll administration
  • Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
  • Prepare required financial reports for the Town, Bureau of Accounts, and Town Report
  • Supervise Treasurer/Tax Collector staff and office operations
  • Collaborate with the Finance Team to support audits, financial reporting, and organizational continuity
