Job Description

The town of Londonderry, NH, is seeking an experienced professional to serve as Town Planner. Reporting to the Director of Planning and Economic Development, this role serves as the primary technical staff member handling day-to-day administration of planning, zoning, development review, and land use activities. The Town Planner serves as the primary staff liaison to the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment, providing vital technical reviews, zoning interpretations, and regulatory guidance.
