Job Description:

Lincoln, NH seeks experienced municipal manager to be its next Town Manager. Located along the I-93 corridor at the foot of New Hampshire’s White Mountains just an hour north of the state’s capital, Concord. The year-round recreational opportunities, including the Loon Mountain Resort, set this community apart from other small quintessential New England communities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Overseeing an operating budget of $10M
  • managing 32 FTE’s and 35 part-time/seasonal employees
  • exercising all the authority conveyed by State RSA-Chapter 37 under the policy direction of a three-member Board of Selectmen

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in public administration or related field
  • seven or more years of progressively responsible experience in municipal management preferred
  • or an equivalent combination of education and relevant management experience
