Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in civil engineering
  • 15+ years of experience
  • five-plus years supervisory
  • Massachusetts PE (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project-management skills

Municipal experience is not required—engineers from related fields are encouraged to apply

  • Works with Town Engineer on capital planning, infrastructure stewardship and policies related to the work of the Engineering division
