TOWN ADMINISTRATOR - The town of Rehoboth (population 13,000±) is currently accepting applications for the position of Town Administrator. The Town Administrator is responsible for performing high level administrative and strategic financial planning, technical and professional work in directing the activities of the town’s departments, commissions, boards and office under the jurisdiction of a Five-Member Board of Selectman and Town Meeting form of government. The ideal candidates will have knowledge of public administration, excellent organizational skills, strategic thinker related to financial strategies and operational processes, strong leadership capabilities, and comply with all applicable Mass General laws and regulations for a municipality. A bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, finance or related field, with 10+ years of related experience; and or any equivalent combination of education, training, certification, and is preferred. Annual Salary range of $145,000 to $160,000 DOQ, EOE.
