Job Responsibility:
Oversight and management of the daily operations of Town Government and implement Select Board policies
Develop and manage the annual budget
Administration of personnel bylaws and collective bargaining
Engage with residents, businesses and regional partners to foster transparency and trust
Execution of Select Board decisions and implementation of Select Board goals and priorities
Oversees and manages procurement activities in compliance with applicable regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
five to seven years of professional experience
strong financial acumen
MCPPO certified within one year
ability to manage complex budgets
equivalent combination of education, training and experience considered
Nice to have:
Master's degree
managerial experience in a municipal or public position with similar responsibility and complexity
