Job Responsibility

  • Verticalize concrete structures to perform tower sections
  • Preparing and pouring mortar into the joints of the concrete structures
  • Erect concrete tower sections according to work instructions
  • Support material handling and movement of tower sections using cranes and lifting equipment
  • Install internal tower components, including platforms, ladders, electric supports, service lift (where applicable)
  • Perform alignment, fitting, bolting, and torquing operations
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, torque equipment, and lifting devices safely
  • Conduct visual inspections and report defects, non-conformities, or deviations
  • Follow quality control procedures and complete production documentation
  • Comply with all health, safety, environmental, and company regulations
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality

Requirements

  • Technical qualification in Occupational Risk Prevention (working at heights, CAE, and assembly)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial assembly, precast concrete, or the wind energy sector
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and use torque tools
  • Experience in heavy structure assembly and quality control
  • Availability to work on-site, including at heights
  • Driving licence
  • Experience in wind turbine towers (especially concrete or hybrid) is a plus
  • Certifications such as forklift or rigging or GWO are a plus
  • Proactive, results-driven profile with strong teamwork skills
