We are seeking a Tour Coordinator to join our Touring Team at Mossman Gorge Cultural Centre. Embraced by one of the world's most beautiful locations, the Mossman Gorge Cultural Centre is an enticing destination to introduce visitors to both the stunning natural beauty of the Daintree and the rich culture of the Kuku Yalanji people. We are seeking an energetic and customer focused Tour Coordinator to work as part of our Touring Team to support the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for coordinating tour bookings, preparing daily schedules, liaising with guides and operational teams, and ensuring tours run smoothly from start to finish. Working closely with our Tour Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring guests enjoy the facilities and natural wonders while maintaining their cultural and environmental integrity.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Experience in a reservations, administration or tour coordination role (highly regarded)
