We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Tournant to join the team.
Job Responsibility:
Support and rotate through various kitchen stations as needed
Execute menu items consistently according to Marea's standards and recipes
Assist with station prep, organization, and service execution
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards at all times
Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen team members during service
Assist with inventory organization and daily kitchen operations
Ensure all products are handled, stored, and labeled properly
Requirements:
3 years of experience
Previous fine dining experience preferred
Strong foundational cooking skills and knife skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
Flexible schedule with open availability preferred
