Touring Production Manager to join from late April through May, and then again from late July through September, leading the on-the-ground execution of an outdoor Concert and Drone show across multiple European cities. Integral to delivering a consistent, safe, and exceptional show every time.
Job Responsibility:
Work with Lead Producer to advance with venues, production vendors, local authorities, and internal teams
Consult with internal stakeholders on technical and operational needs
Review technical drawings, site plans, and venue specs
Build detailed production schedules
Plan staffing, trailer movement, and logistics
Work with drones team
Serve as primary production lead onsite
Supervise local crew and FOH teams
Work on city-specific permitting, compliance, and documentation
Ensure wayfinding, signage, and guest-facing elements are accurate
Support onsite merchandising operations
Coordinate onsite inspections
Ensure safe execution
Troubleshoot issues
Be primary liaison for venue, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Manage equipment inventories and maintenance
Oversee transportation logistics
Coordinate travel, lodging, and daily workflows
Track expenses and manage budgets
Produce post-city evaluations
Serve as bridge between on-site execution and office support teams
Requirements:
5+ years in touring production, technical direction, live events, or similar, outdoor event experience preferred
Professional fluency in English
Proven ability to lead teams in dynamic environments, manage multiple priorities, and operate under tight timelines
Strong understanding of event production fundamentals, including lighting, power, sound, rigging, safety, and onsite operations
Experience interpreting technical drawings and translating them into actionable onsite plans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable traveling full-time late April-May and late July-September, and working in an outdoor environment
Calm under pressure, proactive, and highly organized
Valid driver’s license
