Help us make every touring and camping stay sparkle! We're looking for a dedicated and detail‑focused Touring Cleaner to deliver exceptional cleanliness and presentation across our Touring and Camping facilities. If you take pride in creating spotless environments and enjoy working in a hands‑on, active role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As a Touring Cleaner, you'll ensure our touring and camping areas - including shower blocks, toilets and service points - are welcoming, hygienic and well‑maintained. You'll play a vital part in the guest journey, helping create brilliant first impressions and contributing to an enjoyable holiday experience for everyone using our facilities.

Job Responsibility

  • Clean touring and camping facilities to a consistently high standard, including toilets, showers and motorhome service areas
  • Carry out regular and deep-cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, disinfecting and sanitising all surfaces
  • Replenish essential supplies like soap, toilet paper and hand towels
  • Regularly check all touring areas for litter and ensure prompt, safe disposal
  • Empty bins and manage waste correctly, following recycling and environmental guidelines
  • Use and store cleaning products safely in line with COSHH regulations
  • Report any maintenance issues, hazards or defects quickly to the appropriate manager
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure all areas remain clean, tidy and welcoming throughout the day
  • Support the Owner & Guest Experience Manager by identifying opportunities to improve cleanliness scores and guest satisfaction

  • Ability to work efficiently and at pace, especially during busy periods
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays
  • A friendly, approachable attitude when interacting with guests and colleagues
  • Understanding of safe cleaning practices and COSHH - or a willingness to learn
