Job Description

Responsible for providing customer services to guests, undertaking various administrative duties, diffusing conflict, and ensuring an enjoyable experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Greet and check-in guest
  • Assist guests with
  • collecting payments/pre-authorize payments
  • making reservations for entertainment, lodging
  • and/or planning itineraries for shows, attractions, and restaurants
  • Run and prepare reports – opening and closing
  • Answer phones
  • Communicate all pertinent and required information/reports for Management (DOS, DOM, T.O., Admin. Manager, etc.)
  • Provide information to guests about the area, including directions and show information
  • Coordinate with Sales Manager on any additional gifts to be issued for New Owners
  • Prepares count and profiles of tours for the entire day
  • Updates numbers to Sales Managers as more tours are added
  • Communicates with Admin Manager or Leads with unusual tours/gifts
  • Maintains clean lobby, stocks magazines or literature
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Prior Administrative experience

  • Assists the Community Business Director with accounts payable to include coding of invoices, data entry into systems

  • Assists the Community Business Director with payroll functions by running daily punch reports, correcting missed punch corrections and supporting pay period end functions and filing
  • train staff to proper time clock procedures
  • Assists the Community Business Director with human resource functions such as new hire orientation, enrollment and plan changes
  • maintaining of personnel files (with controlled access to files under the direction and supervision of the Community Business Director or Executive Director) and tracking of FMLA, Worker's Compensation, and other programs as assigned
  • Assists the Community Business Director with month end close procedures in collection of month end accruals from department heads
