Our Tour Managers / Drivers are responsible for ensuring our assets route and arrive to their destination safely and on time and are generally the point of contact for the client. The ideal candidate has experience operating small to large DOT vehicles and/or trailers, exceptional people skills, general mechanical understanding, tech-savvy mindset, and is comfortable with daily event set-up & breakdown. As a Tour Manager, you can be considered for one (or both) of the types of tours we have available, depending on your license and experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Driving small to large vehicles/assets in high traffic areas of specified markets
  • Correctly setting up & breaking down of the activation, including inventory management (such as product sampling) and maintaining a clean, organized display
  • Following pack list instructions meticulously, securing all items safely and eliminating the potential for damage during transport
  • Acting as the main onsite representative of Lime Media, engaging warmly and professionally with the public, clients, vendors, and venue contacts, often serving as the sole Lime staff member onsite
  • Managing and directing Brand Ambassadors and Production Assistants during activation days to ensure efficient staffing and execution
  • Providing exceptional client service as the front-facing brand liaison, addressing client needs and maintaining a positive image of Lime Media at all times
  • Troubleshooting issues with the activation asset or event set up as they arise, with the support of remote teams when necessary
  • Maintaining all equipment, ensuring things are properly strapped down and locked away
  • Keeping the vehicle in pristine and in a "show ready" condition at all times
  • Take 10-15 photos in different locations visited and upload them to the AM daily
  • Ensuring the truck is always in clean condition
  • Working long hours as needed, including early setups followed by public-facing event operations, often across consecutive days
  • Remaining “on” during activations—engaged, enthusiastic, and client-ready to ensure the activation’s overall success
  • Ability to troubleshoot any issues that may arise
  • Driving LED box trucks (and other LED assets) in high traffic areas of specified markets/neighborhoods
  • Maintain and keep the vehicle clean, inside and out, at all times
  • Take 10-15 photos in fun & different locations and upload them to the Activation Manager daily
  • Ability to troubleshoot LED panel and generator issues that may arise
  • Checking the vehicle to make sure no damage is done before each shift
  • Always represent the brand and Lime Media in a respectful and professional way

Requirements:

  • Current driver's license (*CDL required for certain large assets driven)
  • Must be minimum 25 years old
  • Must be available for entire program
  • Minimum 3 years of experience driving medium to oversized vehicles/trailers
  • DOT medical certification
  • A clean background & driving record
  • Mechanically inclined, with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems on the fly
  • A friendly and positive personality willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 – 75 lbs. depending on the tour
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including climbing ladders and working in various environmental conditions
  • Manual dexterity for handling small components and operating hand tools
  • Visual acuity for inspecting LED displays and ensuring quality standards
