Job Description:

Encourage and schedule guests for recreation activities while ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hospitality setting. Maintain recreational equipment and create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment aligned with The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards.

Job Responsibility:

Encourage, recruit, and schedule guests for recreation activities
Promote a fun and safe atmosphere for guests
Provide recreation facility information to guests
Promote safety rules and regulations
Clean and maintain recreational equipment and supplies
Report accidents, injuries, and emergencies
Process payments for rentals and activities
Collaborate with team to support goals.

Requirements:

CPR Certification
First Aid Certification
Recreation Equipment Certification or similar training required by local and state agencies
