Tour Director Account Management Trainee

• Processing invoices and expense reports in the internal system
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between cost and budget and contribute to process improvements
• Compliance check of incoming production invoices
• Keep daily contact with internal and external stakeholders in Europe, LATAM and APAC, as well as strengthen and growing relationships with them
• Meet time-sensitive deadlines in a fast-paced and fluid environment

• Panamanian nationality or legal right to work in Panama
• Fluency in English and Spanish is a must
• Proficiency in French, Italian, German or Greek is an advantage
• Relevant education, preferably within Business Administration or similar
• Experience in MS Excel and comfortable with numbers
