Job Responsibility

  • Act as the SME for all C&B aspects
  • evaluate and enhance offerings to attract top talent
  • and provide strategic guidance to HRBPs and senior leadership
  • Design and execute annual compensation cycles and analyse global market trends using international benchmarks (Zviran, Radford, Mercer)
  • Lead the preparation and consolidation of quarterly equity grants for Board and Compensation Committee approvals
  • collaborate with Finance and Legal on compliance and grant processes
  • Ensure alignment with local labor and tax regulations (e.g., Israel Pay Equity law) and maintain audit-ready documentation

Requirements

  • 5+ years of C&B experience in a fast-paced High-Tech environment (Software preferred)
  • Deep knowledge of Israel and EMEA labor markets, compensation principles, and equity-related processes
  • Exceptional Excel skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making
  • An AI mindset- harnessing AI tools to enhance C&B practices- alongside a passion for process improvement
  • Strong relationship-building abilities and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
