The Total Rewards Infrastructure Lead is responsible for proactively building, enhancing and maintaining the infrastructure, tools, processes and systems that enable seamless, accurate and efficient delivery of Total Rewards programs globally. With a strong focus on continuous improvement and automation, this role oversees the execution of the annual compensation planning cycle, ensures the integrity and efficiency of benchmarking and survey submissions, drives insights through data and dashboards, supports the Total Rewards technology roadmap, and will act as a key member on projects in delivering high-impact solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Job Responsibility:
Own and manage the end-to-end execution of the annual compensation planning cycle, ensuring tools, timelines, processes, and communications are well-coordinated and executed without error
Oversee the team’s participation in compensation and benefits surveys, ensuring timely and accurate submissions and development of a scalable, consistent market benchmarking framework
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions that provide stakeholders with actionable insights into Total Rewards trends, pay equity, and program effectiveness
Drive the Total Rewards Technology RoadMap used by the Total Rewards team and collaborate with the Technology & Total Rewards Team, Senior Leadership, Finance, and other partners to support tool configuration, upgrades, and enhancements aligned with broader HR technology strategy
Identify and implement process improvements and innovative solutions to increase efficiency, scalability, employee & customer experience, and impact of Total Rewards initiatives
Lead or contribute to special Total Rewards projects & change management initiatives, such as pay equity analysis, total rewards audits, or post-merger integration activities
Leverage data, analytics, and technology to drive informed decision-making, optimize workflows, and improve service delivery
Maintain a strong customer-focused mindset by ensuring deliverables and solutions meet the needs of internal stakeholders, including the Total Rewards team, CoE and HR business partners, and Senior Leadership
Partner with internal stakeholders, including HR, Payroll, Finance, and Legal, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and seamless execution of total rewards programs from a systems & process perspective
Ensure data integrity across all systems and processes. Implement quality control and audit mechanisms to maintain accurate and compliant Total Rewards data
Develop and implement SOPs, knowledge bases, and training materials to ensure consistency and accuracy in service delivery
Manage and mentor a team
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
12+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, HR operations, or a related function, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
Demonstrated experience leading the compensation planning process in a large global organization
Experience implementing or managing compensation planning software or HR tech platforms
