A leading technology organization is seeking a Total Rewards Consultant to provide interim senior level support during a period of organizational growth and transformation. This individual will play a key role in supporting the design, evaluation, and implementation of Total Rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and job architecture initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in Total Rewards strategy and execution, with the ability to operate in both advisory and hands-on capacities. This role partners closely with HR and business leadership to ensure alignment between compensation structures, organizational design, and broader business objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as an interim senior level resource supporting Total Rewards strategy and execution
Lead and support job architecture, job leveling, and compensation alignment initiatives across the organization
Assist in evaluating and refining compensation structures to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness
Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to support organizational planning and workforce initiatives
Conduct compensation benchmarking and provide recommendations based on market data and internal analysis
Support integration or transformation efforts related to Total Rewards programs as needed
Contribute to the design and enhancement of benefits and broader rewards programs
Develop presentations and recommendations for leadership to support decision-making
Ensure Total Rewards programs align with organizational goals, culture, and compliance requirements
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, HR, or related consulting roles
Experience supporting or leading compensation and job architecture initiatives within mid-size to large organizations
Strong understanding of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and market benchmarking
Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments (technology experience preferred)
Ability to partner effectively with HR and business stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and compensation modeling
Exposure to organizational change, integration, or scaling environments is a plus
Bachelor’s degree required
CCP certification or advanced degree preferred but not required
