Robert Half Management Resources is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Total Rewards Compensation Analyst to support the compensation strategy and program administration for our technology client. In this vital role, you will contribute to the development and execution of compensation strategies, ensuring programs remain competitive with the market and aligned to overall business objectives. The position offers cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance, and executive leadership teams to help drive data-driven decision-making and maintain effective, market-aligned compensation programs.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct detailed analysis of compensation data, including base salary, incentives, and total rewards, to ensure competitiveness and alignment with organizational goals
Participate in market survey submissions and interpret data to provide actionable recommendations
Support annual compensation review processes, including merit increases, promotions, and bonus planning
Assist with job evaluations and classifications, ensuring compliance with market standards and relevant regulations
Analyze internal pay equity and salary structures, delivering data-driven insights to management
Develop reports and dashboards to present findings to HR leaders and other stakeholders
Maintain and update compensation-related policies, job descriptions, and documentation
Monitor industry trends, best practices, and compliance requirements to enhance compensation strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compensation challenges and implement solutions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in compensation analysis, total rewards, or a similar HR-focused role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and compensation analytics tools
Exceptional analytical skills coupled with a high attention to detail
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
Knowledge of federal and state compensation laws and regulations
Ability to work effectively in a remote and fast-paced environment
Familiarity with salary structures, bonus programs, and performance reviews
