This role is responsible for managing Total Rewards operations across AMESA countries, delivering professional compensation processes including focal point cycles (bonus, merit, LTI, DLTI, promotions), job evaluations, pay recommendations (internal & external), salary planning, benchmarking, and market pricing exercises.
Job Responsibility
Collaborate and deliver focal point and mid-year compensation cycles, including system setup, configuration testing, communications, training, and execution across AMESA
Partner in developing merit and IC ranges and budgets
Administer Long-Term Incentives (LTI) and pay equity activities
Apply Total Rewards concepts such as differentiated merit, adjustments to minimum, and lump sum payments
Manage compensation data effectively
strong proficiency in Excel required
Support offer processes, internal/external pay recommendations, salary planning, and benchmarking
Applying job evaluation methodologies for grading and levelling exercises across the sector
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
4 – 7 year’s work experience with at least 3 years in Total Rewards supporting AMESA or other Global developed countries in a similar large scale setup (120K+ employee base)
Strong analytical, project management and program development skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including formal presentations and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Ability to identify issues, develop recommendations, sell ideas and implement the solution
HR Tools and technologies, especially TR tools proficiency required
