Job Description:

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Total Rewards Analyst to support the design, execution, and scaling of our compensation and benefits programs. This role will be focused on compensation analytics and program management, while also ensuring the smooth operation of our U.S. benefits programs. As we prepare for growth, this role will play a key part in evolving our total rewards strategy to support a larger, more complex organization. The ideal candidate brings strong compensation expertise, hands-on benefits administration experience, and familiarity with equity programs in a high-growth environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using survey data (e.g., Radford, Mercer, Pave)
  • Support and evolve job architecture, leveling frameworks, and salary band structures
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to provide data-driven compensation recommendations (offers, promotions, adjustments)
  • Drive key compensation cycles (merit, bonus, promotions), including modeling and execution
  • Conduct pay equity and internal parity analyses
  • recommend and support remediation
  • Build and maintain compensation models, dashboards, and reporting
  • Ensure data integrity across compensation systems and HRIS
  • Contribute to compensation strategy as the company scales globally
  • Support administration and tracking of equity programs (e.g., stock options, RSUs)
  • Assist with equity benchmarking and competitive positioning
  • Help develop employee education materials related to equity compensation
  • Administer day-to-day U.S. benefits programs (health, retirement, leave)
  • Act as primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and issue resolution
  • Manage open enrollment planning and benefits strategy execution
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (ERISA, ACA, COBRA)
  • Support total rewards integration efforts related to acquisitions
  • Assist in evaluating and harmonizing compensation and benefits programs across geographies
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to adapt programs for a global workforce
  • Help build scalable processes and documentation for a growing organization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in compensation or total rewards
  • Strong expertise in communication, compensation analysis, benchmarking, and program execution
  • Advanced Excel skills (modeling, large datasets, pivot tables, lookups)
  • Hands-on experience with benefits administration
  • High attention to detail and strong data integrity mindset
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

  • Exposure to equity programs (stock options, RSUs, or similar)
  • High ownership and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Exposure to global compensation and/or benefits programs
