Job Responsibility:

  • Shaping a Strategic Compensation & Equity Framework: Architect, implement, and maintain a Salary Banding framework to complement internal Job Architecture. Lead the strategic rollout of transparent pay ranges, ensuring alignment with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and local labor laws.
  • Develop a roadmap for Pay Transparency, moving from internal benchmarking to external disclosure in job postings and employee communications.
  • Design and scale the Equity & LTI (Long-Term Incentive) strategy. Manage the lifecycle of ESOP/BSPCE, including grant modeling, vesting schedules, and employee education programs to foster a culture of ownership.
  • Championing Pay Equity: Lead annual Gender Pay Equity alongside People Partners and CSR and proactively remediate gaps. Establish objective, gender-neutral criteria (skills, effort, responsibility, and working conditions) for pay progression to ensure long-term compliance
  • Driving Insights and Collaboration: Leverage analytics to assess the effectiveness of our programs and report key metrics to leadership.
  • Work closely with People Partners, Finance, Legal and Leadership to align strategies with Akeneo’s goals.
  • Keep the company aligned with market trends with data-driven insights using tools like AON-Radford.
  • Leveraging Technology & AI: Utilize AI-driven analytics and real-time Ai tools (e.g., Notebook, Claude, AON-Radford) to model compensation scenarios and predict the impact of market volatility on talent retention.
  • Building Global Benefits Programs: Craft and implement benefits packages that meet the unique needs of our employees worldwide with a potential to have personalized benefits or Flexible Benefit Wallets.
  • Ensure equity and compliance while creating offerings that foster well-being and belonging.

Requirements:

  • You have +6 years in Total Rewards, with a proven track record of implementing salary bands and managing ESOP in a global, fast-growth environment.
  • You have strong analytical skills and experience in compensation benchmarking and data modeling using AON-Radford or similar solutions.
  • You have solid knowledge of global benefits trends and legal compliance requirements in multiple countries, including France.
  • You thrive in a team environment, working collaboratively to solve challenges and drive results.
