Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced TOSCA Lead with strong expertise in SAP test automation to lead end-to-end automation efforts for SAP implementations and upgrades. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions using Tricentis TOSCA, with a strong focus on SAP modules and processes.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the implementation and optimization of TOSCA test automation in SAP environments (ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori)
Define automation test strategy and frameworks for large-scale SAP programs
Coordinate with functional and technical teams to identify test cases suitable for automation
Build, maintain, and execute TOSCA test cases, modules, and test data for SAP business processes
Manage TOSCA workspace, project configuration, and reporting using TOSCA Commander and DEX/Analytics
Support CI/CD integration with SAP landscapes using TOSCA integration tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Mentor and lead a team of automation testers
provide training and best practices for TOSCA
Collaborate with business stakeholders and QA leads to ensure quality assurance objectives are met

Requirements:

7+ years of total experience in QA/testing
at least 3+ years of hands-on TOSCA automation
Proven experience in automating SAP applications using TOSCA (SAP GUI, SAP Fiori, WebDynpro, etc.)
Expertise in test planning, strategy, scripting, and execution in SAP landscapes
Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI, PP, HR) and processes
Experience with TOSCA integrations (Test Data Service, TDM, CI/CD, etc.)
Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
