Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced TOSCA Lead with strong expertise in SAP test automation to lead end-to-end automation efforts for SAP implementations and upgrades. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions using Tricentis TOSCA, with a strong focus on SAP modules and processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of TOSCA test automation in SAP environments (ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori)
  • Define automation test strategy and frameworks for large-scale SAP programs
  • Coordinate with functional and technical teams to identify test cases suitable for automation
  • Build, maintain, and execute TOSCA test cases, modules, and test data for SAP business processes
  • Manage TOSCA workspace, project configuration, and reporting using TOSCA Commander and DEX/Analytics
  • Support CI/CD integration with SAP landscapes using TOSCA integration tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)
  • Mentor and lead a team of automation testers
  • provide training and best practices for TOSCA
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and QA leads to ensure quality assurance objectives are met

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of total experience in QA/testing
  • at least 3+ years of hands-on TOSCA automation
  • Proven experience in automating SAP applications using TOSCA (SAP GUI, SAP Fiori, WebDynpro, etc.)
  • Expertise in test planning, strategy, scripting, and execution in SAP landscapes
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI, PP, HR) and processes
  • Experience with TOSCA integrations (Test Data Service, TDM, CI/CD, etc.)
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
