Job Description

Our client, a defense contractor located at Naval Base Point Mugu near Camarillo, CA, is seeking a Top Secret Cleared Full Stack Web Developer for full-time employment. This role is onsite on a 9/80 schedule and will support the architecture, development, integration, and maintenance of mission-critical systems within a SAFe/Agile environment for a DoD program. The position involves building microservices-based applications, modern React front ends, REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and real-time application features.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in full stack software development
  • 3+ years of experience working with CI/CD pipelines in an Agile DevOps environment
  • 3+ years of experience with Java or C#, JavaScript, containers, and microservices architecture
  • 3+ years of experience with SQL and database design
  • Experience developing backend services using Java Spring Boot or similar frameworks
  • Experience developing front-end applications using ReactJS or similar JavaScript frameworks
  • Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs
  • Experience using Git for version control
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket or similar tools
  • Experience working on Agile teams and as a Scrum team member
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
  • additional relevant experience may be substituted
  • U.S. Citizenship with an active Top Secret security clearance
