Job Description

As a Tool Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and profitability of Sulco Tools & Equipment. Your focus on delivering exceptional customer service within your territory will help build lasting relationships and contribute to the success of the business. Job Responsibility

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers while identifying new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with other GPC companies to maintain and expand market share
  • Plan and execute weekly sales activities and customer visits to maximise sales performance
  • Maintain accurate customer profiles and ensure stock levels meet customer needs
  • Promote current product lines and seasonal promotions to customers
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, competitor activity, and market opportunities
  • Contributing to a culture of safety by putting safety first, ensuring that we all make it safe & make it home
  • This role will require lifting, bending, climbing & safe driving

Requirements

  • Proven success previously in a sales and/or account management role
  • Mechanically minded with an understanding of the industry/In-depth knowledge around aftermarket parts and products
  • Strong customer focus, having the proven ability to maintain and grow relationships whilst providing personalised service
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand and discuss & relay technical information
  • An ability to prioritise and organise your workload to always ensure efficiency
  • High work ethic and a determination to drive sales
  • Experience or an interest in the automotive industry is essential
