We are looking for a Tools Inspector to join our Supply Chain Operations team. This role is critical to ensuring the safety and compliance of lifting tools and equipment across multiple sites. You will be responsible for inspecting, certifying, and labeling tools, managing documentation in SAP, and supporting the certification process both at the main warehouse and on-site.

Job Responsibility

  • Inspect and certify lifting tools and equipment according to company standards
  • Label all tools with the next inspection date
  • Document all material transfers in SAP accurately
  • Handle lifting equipment on-site to enable certification
  • Drive to certification venues and set up equipment as per defined plans
  • Scrap damaged tools following safety guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during inspections

Requirements

  • Basic technical knowledge of tools and lifting equipment
  • Previous experience as a technician, service tech lead, or stock keeper preferred
  • Medium-level IT skills
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel extensively
  • Good English communication skills

Nice to have

  • Inspection experience is a plus
  • SAP knowledge is a plus

  • Identify and set aside any fabric deviation, flaw, hole, shade, or workmanship defect
  • Load and sew fabric onto the inspection frame with a tugger
  • Must be able to maintain and understand quality requirements for each piece
  • Material labeling – Appropriately mark, identify, and label all pieces as required and enter information into a data base
  • Pre-wrap the rolls after being inspecting
  • Daily cleanliness task of area and tools – Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly workstation
  • Inspect and complete all paperwork for fabric and prepare for shipping
  • Record readings for inspections and download into computer, will be responsible for entering timely and accurate data in the database
  • 12 hours shifts. You will be expected to stand for extended periods of time. This is not a sit-down position
