Job Responsibility:
Supervision and coordination of all colleagues working in the Tool Hire department
Ensuring a quality service to the customer at all times
Proactively developing a sale action plan to achieve and exceed the agreed AOP
Undertaking a full range of managerial duties to ensure the effective utilisation of all resources
Overseeing that the plant and all tools are properly maintained and kept in perfect working order within health and safety requirements and with the correct documentation
Requirements:
Ability to work well with the branch team
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Sales experience (ideal)
Good working understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment gained within the Hire industry or similar environment
Willingness to undertake a 12 months training programme
