Job Responsibility:

  • Supervision and coordination of all colleagues in the Tool Hire department
  • Ensuring quality service to the customer
  • Proactively developing a sale action plan to achieve and exceed the agreed AOP
  • Undertaking a full range of managerial duties to ensure effective utilisation of all resources
  • Overseeing that plant and tools are properly maintained and kept in perfect working order within health and safety requirements and with correct documentation

Requirements:

  • Ability to work well with the branch team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sales experience (ideal)
  • Good working understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment gained within the Hire industry or similar environment
  • Completion of a 12-month training programme for new starters
