Proven experience in detail tool design (preferably within the aerospace sector)
Strong proficiency in CATIA V5 (particularly surfacing)
Solid understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)

Comfortable working in early lifecycle programmes with evolving requirements

Job Responsibility

Deliver detailed tooling designs from concept through to manufacture
Support development programmes with robust tooling solutions
Produce comprehensive tooling documentation, including: Risk assessments, Tooling specifications, Design review documentation, Bills of Materials (BoMs), UKCA marking documentation (where required)
