Job Responsibility

Inventory management, sourcing, ordering and distributing a wide variety of automotive parts, tires, tools and other supplies
Supporting the maintenance, mechanical service, and repair activities for all makes and models in our extensive car fleet
Handling the processing of purchase and repair orders, as well as invoices, ensuring smooth operations in our supply chain

Requirements

Valid Driver’s License (Class A, B, or C CDL)
Must be able to obtain DOT medical clearance
Effective Communication Skills (verbal and written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Minimum of 6 months in office clerical work, auto maintenance, or familiarity with automotive parts and tools
Must be 21 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
Willingness to work in or near a mechanical shop with moderate noise and occasionally outdoors
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, continuously sit, stand, bend, reach, walk, kneel, get up and get down from a seated position, enter, exit, climb into, climb down from, and drive a variety of automobiles, cargo vans and box trucks in all weather conditions

Job Responsibility

Manage inventory
Process orders and invoices
Support fleet maintenance and rental operations
Source automotive parts
Maintain vehicle records
Coordinate fleet movements
Handle vendor accounts
Communicate with internal teams and external partners
Assist with onboarding and training
Drive a Budget Truck on public access roads as needed
