Halo centres are all vital community assets which are well used and supported by the local population. You will deal with a wide variety of customers, supporting them to get the best out of their visit to the gym. Main Purpose: Deliver great experiences; delight your customers

Job Responsibility:

  • Instruct new gym members and provide inductions
  • Compile personal fitness programmes for gym members when required
  • Assist with health promotions
  • Carry out regular maintenance and equipment checks
  • Run a safe and clean activity, taking care of the resources which are needed to deliver the services on offer
  • Pitch in as needed to help your centre, your manager, your colleagues
  • Promote our values and expectations
  • Plan your activities and deliver a great session to individuals and groups
  • Support your colleagues
  • Commit to your own development
  • Take part in company training programmes
  • Provide feedback so we can continually improve
  • Respect the privacy rights of customers and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Level 2 health & fitness qualification
  • Experience in the fitness industry
  • Health and Fitness related qualification including a basic understanding of Anatomy and Physiology
  • Health and Safety knowledge
  • Good oral communication and interaction skills
  • Flexible approach to working hours including days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
