Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of to-go orders
  • Assist guests with order placement and menu recommendations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go area
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure order accuracy
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
  • Support curbside pickup and in-restaurant order fulfillment

Requirements:

  • Minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
  • Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Strong communication skills
