Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for China-manufactured products across high-potential international markets (SE Asia, Middle East, Oceania, etc.)
  • Spearhead both B2B (Industrial/Foodservice) and B2C (Retail/OEM) business streams, building robust global distributor networks and key account partnerships
  • Lead the overseas sales team to achieve annual revenue targets while optimizing export processes and ensuring international trade compliance
  • Collaborate with R&D and Supply Chain to drive product localization and innovation based on deep-dive overseas market insights

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of sales experience in the F&B industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • background in fruit preparations, baking ingredients, or FMCG additives is highly preferred
  • Proven track record in international market development, with successful experience in building overseas channels or managing complex distributor systems from scratch
  • Professional proficiency in English (working language)
  • exceptional cross-cultural negotiation skills and business acumen are essential
  • Strong analytical capability to navigate the dual logic of B2B industrial penetration and B2C retail distribution
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
