Job Description:

Contribute to one ambition: develop the world’s first hydrogen-powered commercial aircraft. You will join the ZEROe project as part of the Thermal Management System engineering team. Your role will be to participate in the Validation & Verification strategy to demonstrate the technology maturity levels (TRL) defined in the roadmap, including coverage of all necessary key learnings as well as to ensure proper design and product verification, granting a safe and successful in-flight operation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform analysis, validation, and verification of system requirements
  • Develop, maintain, and verify System Interface Documents (SIDs) and interface control specifications
  • Define and execute V&V activities, including test plans and procedures, ensuring compliance with standards
  • Assess the maturity of technologies and components, conducting TRL evaluations and risk assessments
  • Document and report V&V results, non-conformities, and proposed corrective actions
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with modelling, testing, design, development… teams
  • Supplier/partner steering if needed

Requirements:

  • University degree in Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience as a system engineer demonstrating full autonomy to own and manage activities
  • Significant experience in Validation and Verification activities and requirement management
  • Experience in System Development (including involvement in system design reviews and processes and corresponding documentation)
  • Experience in DOORS
  • Basic knowledge of the TRL system
  • Negotiation level of English is a must

Nice to have:

  • Experience in designing thermal/cooling systems
  • Good level of Spanish
