Job Description:

Service Stream are now delivering routine maintenance and defect rectification works, and refurbishment and upgrade projects under a major long-term contract with the Victorian Government (Metropolitan Victorian Road Maintenance Contract (VRMC) - South Central Region). We have opportunities for TMA Operators to join our team in permanent roles including nightshift based in the Clayton and Frankston regions. Working under the direction of our Supervisors, you will be critical in delivering services under this contract.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensuring the safety of road workers and motorists in work zones
  • Completing all works with a strong focus on safety, quality and efficiency
  • Recording works-related data in the field, in line with work instructions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:

  • TMA experience and accreditation
  • Ability to be a committed team player who drives for service excellence and continuous improvement
  • A track record of working with a relentless focus on worker, road user and community safety
  • High levels of self-motivation, exceptional time-management skills and a proven ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
