Tlse Administrator (Assessment & Progression)

• To be responsible for the administration of Teaching and Learning, and Student Administration activities for the team assigned
• To supervise and coordinate the work of teaching and learning, and Student Administration and act as a point of reference
• To provide information, advice and guidance to stakeholders
• To work flexibly as required across the University, supporting the delivery of university and local priorities, operating at all times as a single cross University team
• To have awareness and active engagement with the need for diversity and inclusion in all that we do for example, when working with individuals who identify with a protected characteristic under the Equality Act, students who are under-represented in higher education as outlined in the University's widening participation strategy

• Experience in teaching, learning, and student administration
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide confidential advice and guidance
• Able to supervise staff and coordinate work activities effectively
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Experienced in teamwork within large organisations, offering flexible support to colleagues
• Experience of working with systems, e.g. Campus Solutions
