We are hiring for the Title Examiner role. Location Hyderabad.

Job Responsibility:

  • Document Examination: Review and analyze property-related documents including deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, plats, and contracts to verify legal descriptions, ownership history, and property restrictions
  • Public Record Searches: Conduct comprehensive searches of public records to trace property ownership history, prior conveyances, mortgages, tax records, and outstanding liens or encumbrances
  • Title Reporting: Prepare clear and detailed title search reports identifying defects, encumbrances, or exceptions, along with recommended curative actions
  • Compliance Verification: Ensure title examinations comply with applicable laws and regulations including RESPA, Truth in Lending Act (TILA), and Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA)
  • Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with lenders, realtors, attorneys, buyers, sellers, and internal teams to communicate findings and resolve issues
  • Quality Control: Maintain accurate and complete title records while adhering to organizational quality and turnaround standards
  • Customer Service: Provide timely updates to clients and address inquiries professionally
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve title defects such as ownership conflicts, unreleased liens, or missing documentation

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience
  • Review and analyze property-related documents including deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, plats, and contracts
  • Conduct comprehensive searches of public records to trace property ownership history, prior conveyances, mortgages, tax records, and outstanding liens or encumbrances
  • Ensure title examinations comply with applicable laws and regulations including RESPA, Truth in Lending Act (TILA), and Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA)
