Job Description:

In this role, you will provide essential administrative and audit support to ensure regulatory compliance and quality control. This position is execution-focused and does not require advanced subject-matter expertise. This is a long-term contract opportunity offering stability and growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct detailed audits and quality control reviews of title and closing files to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor transactions by reviewing reports and data to identify items needing further analysis or action
  • Support the preparation and validation of reports by gathering and verifying documentation
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance reviews, audits, and reporting activities
  • Utilize approved systems and workflows to track report statuses, documentation, and follow-up actions
  • Assist with secure data collection and validation from transaction parties as required
  • Provide administrative support for updates to policies, procedures, and checklists
  • Escalate potential issues or discrepancies to team members or leadership for resolution
  • Perform additional administrative duties related to compliance tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential data with professionalism

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of basic title exceptions or clearance processes
  • Familiarity with scanning and managing documents effectively
  • Ability to review and interpret preliminary title reports and related documentation
  • Experience with any of the softwares: Resware, SoftPro, or Qualia
