Title Clerk

• Process and verify incoming title documents for accuracy and completeness
• maintain and update title records in the company system
• file, scan, and manage title documentation in accordance with company policies
• communicate with customers, dealerships, and state agencies regarding title status and requirements
• assist with resolving discrepancies and ensuring timely completion of title work
• provide administrative support to the department as needed.

• Previous office or clerical experience required
• prior title or automotive industry experience preferred
• strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document review
• excellent organizational and time management skills
• ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly
• strong verbal and written communication skills.
