Job Description:

Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented Title Clerk for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a leading company in Oklahoma City. This role is ideal for candidates with automotive dealership experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in accuracy and compliance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Process vehicle titles and related documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal title regulations
  • Coordinate with sales, finance, and administrative teams to resolve title issues
  • Track, file, and submit title paperwork in a timely manner
  • Research and correct discrepancies to prevent delays
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Title Clerk in an automotive dealership environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proficiency with office systems and dealership software is a plus
