Job Responsibility

Process and prepare title commitments while adhering to company policies and industry standards
Generate detailed title commitment reports and ensure their timely delivery to appropriate parties
Collaborate with underwriters and loan officers to resolve title-related discrepancies
Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the title processing workflow
Assist in addressing title clearance issues and resolving title defects effectively
Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry best practices related to title processing
