Job Responsibility:
Conduct thorough title searches to verify ownership and identify potential issues
Examine and clear property titles, resolving discrepancies as needed
Prepare and review preliminary title reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
Scan and organize documents for efficient record management
Collaborate with team members to streamline title processing workflows
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to property titles
Communicate with clients and stakeholders to address title-related inquiries
Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices during title examinations
Assist in resolving title disputes or concerns in a timely manner
Requirements:
