We are looking for a highly organized Title Analyst to join an asset management organization in West Los Angeles. This position supports accurate vehicle title processing and documentation, helping ensure ownership transfers are completed correctly and in accordance with applicable regulations. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable coordinating with multiple teams while managing a steady administrative workload. This position requires you to work onsite daily.
Job Responsibility:
Review incoming vehicle titles and supporting records to confirm completeness, accuracy, and proper assignment to the appropriate buyer
Enter title-related information into internal systems with a high level of precision and maintain organized documentation throughout the process
Prepare ownership transfer paperwork, tax forms, and other required documents for submission to state motor vehicle agencies
Record and track received titles, maintain status updates, and manage follow-up activities to keep transactions moving on schedule
Research title discrepancies and assist with recovering or rebuilding lost title documentation when needed
Apply relevant state, federal, and local requirements to title handling activities to support compliant processing
Partner with credit, collections, repossession, and other internal teams to resolve documentation issues and clear outstanding items
Communicate customer-related concerns and processing issues to the appropriate parties in a timely and effective manner
Provide additional administrative support and complete related duties as assigned by leadership
Requirements:
Previous experience in title processing, vehicle documentation, or a similar administrative support role
Strong data entry skills with close attention to detail and accuracy in handling legal and financial records
Working knowledge of title transfer procedures and documentation requirements across regulated environments
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, maintain organized follow-up schedules, and meet deadlines consistently
Experience using business applications such as FileMaker Pro and Salesforce.com
Familiarity with shipping and document handling processes, including carriers such as UPS and FedEx
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
